The human body is a complex, wondrous machine that health care professionals must study before they can care for patients. This class will focus on anatomy and physiology (A&P), an important part of medical training. We will learn to identify bones and muscles, build organ models, explore how the body works, and conduct dissections. We will then apply what we learn about anatomy and physiology to medical case studies to see how the knowledge of human structure and function can help people. This program will expand your understanding through fun, hands-on activities and is perfect for students fascinated by the human body.
