Complete Half Marathon training program scheduled to have you in peak performance for the 2013 Augusta Half Marathon. It will begin building your running base and culminate in achieving your goal for the Augusta Half Marathon whether it is just finishing for the first time or establishing a PR. Informal talks at each run will include healthy living, training tips and building endurance. Training locations will vary depending on the lesson and difficulty level. Registration fee will include: Entry fee into the 2013 Augusta Half Marathon, new or 1 year renewal of ASRC membership, and a unique ASRC Training Program T-Shirt.Scheduled runs on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.Training Expectation: If you attend at least 80% of the training runs and participate with good effort you should be confident in completing the Half MarathonLocations will include The Augusta Canal Tow Path, Augusta State University, Surrey Center and Outspokin Bicycle Shop.
