The Fall class will be about learning to weave Sakiori which is a Japanese technique using recycled fabrics such as silk, fine cotton and other suitable fabrics. They will be cut or ripped into strips for weaving in the weft to create a unique piece. We will use warp yarns from our stock but the fabrics will be supplied by the teachers and students. You will be contacted after registration on supplies to bring to class. Instructors are Christine Stanton and Lynn Pollard. Day/Time: Tuesdays, 6:30 - 9:00 PM
