Description

We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, October 26, 2019.

A fun energetic class featuring traditional West African dance movements to the sounds of live drum rhythms. Students will be given brief overviews of the purpose and history of the movements and rhythms that they learn.

10:30 a.m. - 11:45 p.m., 8 weeks, FREE. INSTRUCTED by RAMATU SABBATT.

To ensure public safety for students, children under the age of 13 years old should not be dropped off and left unattended at the arts center. Children should be supervised by a caregiver at least 14 years old or older during class session.
