Seated Tai Chi ball consists of making slow, graceful movements while seated, and is a great exercise option for those with limited mobility. It involves the upper extremities and is accompanied by deep breathing and mental focus. Some benefits of practicing seated Tai Chi: relieves physical and mental stress, improves lower body and leg strength, improves balance and stability, and is especially helpful in improving conditions of Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis, brain injuries and Parkinson's Disease. Chi balls will be provided by the instructor.
