This camp is designed to focus on playing sports and games, learning strength and agility training techniques, and discussing what it means to be a female athlete in today's society. Emphasis will be placed on being highly active throughout the day with opportunities to practice teamwork, communication, and mental and physical endurance. Activities include (but are not exclusive to) dodgeball, swimming, kickball, disc golf, equestrian (horseback riding) sports, and capture the flag.
