This class will be designed for beginners to learn some simple Tai Chi and Qi Gong movements to enhance and improve balance, core strength and joint mobility. The emphasis will be on proper breathing, relaxation and stress relief thus gaining the benefits of Tai Chi, not perfection of the poses (which will eventually come with continued practice and higher level classes).
