Run/Walk/Crawl the distance you choose! Do it in a park, in your neighborhood, on a treadmill...it’s up to you! Map out your own course, create obstacles, and even decorate your own finish line!
The challenge consists of body weight exercises, two carries (make something with a bag if you don’t have weights) and running. There are reps and distances for each level as well. NO GYM EQUIPMENT REQUIRED! After each ¼ mile run, have a family member spray you with a hose or squirt gun or throw water balloons at you while you do the exercises-it’s on you to stay dry!
For a more authentic "Mud Run" experience, choose a trail, state park or other area with more challenging terrain. Complete your run by October 31st, 2020.
