Kenpo is a street-based combat self-protection system. In this class you will learn simple techniques and be provided with effective training that will not take years to master. This system is suited for women and men of all ages because physical strength and athletic abilities are not essential. Make a change in your life! (No class on Tuesday, March 8th)
