Join us as we send up a toast to friends, family, and loved ones! Pair up with your best buddy, favorite relative, “just a friend”, or significant other and make your own special mug for the beverage of your choice. Beer, soda, or kombucha- it’s all up to you! Each participant will press clay into a license plate and use handbuilding techniques to create one mug. License plates will be provided, but students are welcome to bring their own license plate to press clay into if they desire.
All participants must be 18 or older. Clay can be messy, so you may want to dress accordingly.
T his workshop fee includes all supplies and instruction for 2 people. Please complete only 1 registration per 2 people.
All mugs will be coated in a clear, food-safe glaze. Please allow 4 weeks or more for work to be processed and fired in the kiln. Participants will receive an e-mail notification when projects are ready for pick-up. *This class involves handbuilding techniques and does not use the pottery wheel.
