Description
Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 3 - 5. Are you looking for a mind-body workout that will strengthen, lengthen, stretch and tone your body? Improve your muscular endurance and flexibility with an emphasis on core body mat work. Note start time changed to 6:00pm. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Instructor: Stephanie Riegle, over 25 years of experience. 9 classes. No class 10/14, 10/28. and 11/25. (12/16 reserved for makeup class).
