Give yourself undivided attention during this yoga class designed to suit the needs of all body types. Certified Yoga Therapist, Jenna, will guide you through postures, demonstrating step-by-step instruction with an emphasis on increasing your range of motion. Get ready to engage all parts of your body. This class is not a one-size-fits all approach. There will be modifications available for all skill levels and needs. Participants will have the option to use a mat on the floor or move through class while seated in a chair.
*In-Person Hybrid participants are able to join all virtual classes and in-person classes.

Precautions we are taking to ensure the health and safety of participants and instructor:
Instructor and participants will be asked to stay home if showing any signs or symptoms of illness ( https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html ).
Participants should bring their own yoga equipment including, but not limited to, yoga mat and water bottle. The instructor will not provide yoga mats or water bottles.
Physical distancing will be in place at all times.
Participants must wear a cloth mask entering and leaving the park. Masks are not required but encouraged during instruction.
