We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, March 25, 2021.
Prerequisites: Freestyle with bilateral breathing, backstroke, breaststroke, introduction to butterfly, treading water for 60 seconds, and circle swimming technique.
Level objectives: Combined butterfly, refinement and endurance for all strokes, individual medley, flip turns for freestyle and backstroke, open turns for butterfly and breaststroke, racing dive and relay dive.
ATTENTION: Social distancing required for people not within the same household. Face covering must be worn on anyone over 6 years old while entering facility and while use restrooms. Changing areas are closed. Please arrive and leave dressed to swim.
*Classes will not be held on 4/3/21.
