Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on ground fighting with the goal of gaining a dominant position from which to force an attacker to submit. Participants will not only learn a realistic and functional means of self defense but also gain the confidence and discipline needed to stand up to problems they may encounter in life. BJJ is an excellent form of exercise for both adding lean muscle and weight loss while training in a fun and safe environment!
GI class attire: Kimono with belt designed specifically for BJJ
Nogi class attire: Shorts and t-shirt.
