GHP operates with an emphasis on maternal and child health, child nutrition and aid for the most impoverished families.
The Safari Run will start with a free children’s running clinic led by Mbarak Hussein, an elite Kenyan runner who now coaches track at Sandia High School. Elite runners from Kenya and other countries will be participating in the run, supporting the work of GHP.
