Instructor: Iliana VanPelt has a RYT-200 Certification from Aiken Yoga. She is currently working on her RYT-500 through the Pranakriya Institute of Yoga Arts. Illiana teaches a variety of yoga classes, including (but not limited to) Yoga 101, Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle Stretch, Gentle Flow, and Chair Yoga. Illiana states “I am a yoga ambassador because yoga has truly saved my life and kept me healthy and sane by balancing my breath, mind, and body throughout the most difficult phases of my life.” Description: Keeping the joints of the body mobile as we age is crucial to decrease the risk of injury. Yoga Gold is focused on improving the body’s mobility while at the same time focusing on breathing and relaxation.
