Put your turkey in the oven, pack up the family, and join the Aiken community for its 8th Annual Turkey Trot 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run! The event will be held on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28, 2019 at Citizen's Park located at 651 Old Airport Road Aiken, SC 29802. The 1-Mile Fun Run will begin at 8:00am. The 5K will begin at 8:30am.
The run will benefit The Golden Harvest Food Bank. This organization provides quality food and other grocery products to those in need in the CSRA. Our challenge this year is to stuff all the food bins to the top! So bring your canned goods and help us meet our goal! Jr. Fotas STEM Academy members will be on site collecting donations for the Aiken County Animal Shelter so make sure you bring your $1.00 bills!
