You’ve finally completed degree requirements, spent various hours directing projects and attaining a formal project management education and you think you’re ready to take the Project Management Professional exam. The PMP exam consists of challenging questions covering all the aspects of being a Project Manager and is an extremely difficult exam. Before you spend hundreds of dollars on the exam sign up for a prep course so that you can have peace of mind that you will ace the exam the first time. Our prep course is brought to you in partnership with the Augusta-Aiken Chapter of PMI. This course will cover foundational concepts, earned value, process framework, quality management, integration management, risk management, project network diagnosis, procurement management, cost management, and more! This 4-day intensive prep course will be held on 4 Fridays, March 13, 20, 27, and April 3 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. In this course we will follow the book, How to Pass the PMP on Your First Try, by Andy Crowe accompanied by supplementary materials from Velociteach. You will have the opportunity to take both a pre and post test, go over the exam structure, and ask experienced project managers any questions you may have. The total cost for this course is $795.00 and will include all course materials, breakfast and lunch. Upon successful completion of the program, exams may be scheduled through Pearson VUE.
