Strength Training is a class that is focused on improving muscle mass and bone density. Participants will progress from their current capability to a higher level of fitness. Body weight and weighted exercises will be used. Dumbbells in varying weights are available. Mats are available, but bring your own if you prefer. No class 1/21 & 2/18.
