Learn how to stay PAIN-FREE in just 10 minutes a day, a minimum of three times a week, with this self-treatment system! This treatment focuses on eliminating stuck stress and hydrating your connective tissue/fascia, which wraps around all your muscles and joints. Please bring a bottle of water with you to each class! Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to remove your shoes. Pre-registration is highly suggested, as space is limited. There are no drop-ins for this class.
