Get your pose on! This yoga focuses on the basics, including standing poses and alignment. They are said to build strong legs, increase general vitality, and improve circulation, coordination and balance. Yoga 101 also offers a meditative side that helps participants with relaxation and focus. Sign up for both classes and pay only one non-membership fee. Instructor: Rafael Duran. Ages 16 & Older.
