Stay on your toes. Build a solid dance foundation, improve coordination, boost balance, and enhance flexibility. Discover dance terminology, practice form at the barre, and learn group choreography. Build proper alignment and strength muscles through the art of dance. Wear comfortable clothing. Ballet shoes encouraged.
