During these months, we will create some meals that freeze well, so you can cook now and eat later. One session will look at whol grain breads that you can make and freeze to go with some of your home cooked frozen meals. They are not as difficult as you think. There is always room for participants to share their ideas, possible variations for recipes and their likes and dislikes for altering the dishes at home. Space is limited.
