Join fitness instructor and personal trainer Alison Ogren as she helps you regain & maintain your balance. With a variety of simple functional strength training & coordination based exercises, she'll help you increase confidence, strength & flexibility. This class is especially helpful if recovering from illness or injury. All exercises will be performed with the aid of a chair and/or standing.
