About This Activity

Rebuild strength & flexibility while having fun listening to your favorite tunes.  Bands, weights and some easy dance moves will be used.  It?s never too late to add muscle or increase your flexibility to regain what you lost.           Open to both women and men.     No coordination is needed, just show up for a fun  workout routine.  Guaranteed to get you movin?!
