About This Organizer

EXTREME PERFORMANCE

Extreme Performance is a program designed for the elite soccer player.  We specialize in the development of the player’s “mind’s eye” in order to maximize his or her potential.  Soccer (football) is an extremely fast-paced, thought-provoking, multidirectional, movement-oriented sport.  The players who achieve total understanding of their touch, movement, and decision making while under game-like pressure will thrive at the highest level of play.

Extreme Performance focuses on developing technique (touch) through creative repetitive exercises designed to cultivate a player’s technical ability.

We breakdown the mechanical movements of each athlete to make sure they optimize the efficiency and efficacy of natural multidirectional movements.  We use numerous strength and conditioning techniques, with and without the ball, to ensure prevention of injury while maximizing physical potential.

Extreme Performance challenges our athletes to develop their “mind’s eye” through information overload exercises.  These exercises force the athlete to combine their honed technical ability with their athletic prowess to make multiple split-second game-like decisions.

By strengthening these three key factors, a player’s speed of play will increase significantly.  Developing players who make faster and smarter decisions on the field will not only solidify their chances of playing at the highest level, but it will ensure that the game itself is ever evolving.  Changing the face of the game is our never-ending mission!
