A unique approach to Tai Chi that incorporates all levels. The first half hour is especially geared towards beginners, or those who want to work on the basics. The second half hour includes Qigong warmups that benefit all levels of Tai Chi players. The second hour consists of the 24 Yang Style Tai Chi form, on individual gestures and coordinating the form as a group. The last half hour is reserved for the 32 Yang Sword form. Beginners are welcome from 2:00 - 3:00, while returning students may attend all or part of the full two hour studio. Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes.
