This basic exercise class is led by a certified personal trainer with experience in a variety of exercise classes, including classes designed for students with arthritis or osteoporosis. The class activities can be performed standing up, or sitting in a chair. The upbeat class includes: strength training with weights, exercise bands, and range of motion exercises.
