About Jeff Galloway's Training Program
The Galloway Getting Started Training Program is open to anyone interested in fulfilling the goal of running a 5k. The training program welcomes all levels. Pace groups are set up to ensure comfortable and safe training.
What do Program Members Receive?

**A technical running shirt
** A 12 week training program designed by US Olympian Jeff Galloway
** Group runs 3x per week. The camaraderie of the group makes the longer runs a lot of fun and much easier than training alone!
