About This Activity

LA Fit Boot Camp will educate you on how to live a healthy lifestyle. Following this strict regimen will reap benefits that include, but are not limited to, weight and body fat loss, well-toned muscles, endurance and positive energy, and self-confidence. The beginning of each class is filled with aerobic and cardiovascular moves, then focuses on muscle and strength development using various sized dumb bells, etc. The Center will provide dumbbells, or you may bring your own. Bring a towel, water, tennis shoes, & comfortable workout clothes. NO CLASS ON 5/1.
