Come join us for a fun-filled low impact aerobic workout using noodles, water dumbbells and more. This is a great class for all— swimmers and non-swimmers alike. Our instructor Debbie Holtz will work on flexibility, core strength and muscle tone, all while raising your heart rate for a full hour of fun.
