Ready for a challenge? This bootcamp is taught by an ACTUAL former military drill instructor. We break down fitness myths and attack our workout from a new and exciting perspective. Campers can expect a variety of bodyweight resistance exercises mixed with weight training, cardio and an intense positive environment (we’re here to break the fitness mold, not your spirit!). 45 minutes to an hour, and include a warm up/cool down. Classes will take place outdoors as long as weather permits. Once it is deemed necessary by the trainer, classes will be moved indoors permanently.
