The Lions Club Reindeer Run is a CARA Emerging Race. Race hosted by the Lions Club in conjunction with the Wheaton Park District.
We have been able to expand timed runner entries ~ we will have 100 timing devices available on race day. Registration will be taken on RACE DAY from 7:15am - 8am. First come, first served. Questions please contact the Race Director, Vanessa Peca.

The Reindeer Run 5K course is a USATF certified course (IL-12135-JW). The course winds through the streets of downtown Wheaton. A course map can be found at: http://www.wheatonparkdistrict.com/pdfs/ReindeerRun_RaceRoute.pdf.
On-street in downtown Wheaton. Parking garage in downtown Wheaton (Hale & Wesley).
Prerace packet pick up will be held on Wednesday November 28, 2012 from 2pm to 8pm at the Wheaton Park District Community Center, 1777 S Blanchard, Wheaton, IL 60189. Race day packet pick up will be availble from 7:15am - 8am. Location TBA
T-shirts are available for the first 500 registrants. T-shirt sizes are on a first come, first serve basis.
As this is a fun themed event, reindeer antlers are available at time of early registration for a $5 fee. Stop by the face paint table on the day of the race to receive a Rudolph nose!

Awards will be given to: overall male and female finisher and top 3 finishers in each age division. Age divisions are as follows: 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 & over.
The runners safety is of utmost importance. Therefore, bicycles, in-line skates, other wheeled vehicles (except wheelchairs) and dogs are not allowed. Strollers are also prohibited.
Timing and results provided by River City Race Management.
