3-Hour Skill Application Workshop Discover the art and science of sausage making in this interactive class designed for beginners and food enthusiasts alike! Over three hours, you'll explore: Equipment Basics: Learn how to use essential tools for sausage making. Casings: Work with both natural and collagen casings. Seasoning & Tasting: Experiment with flavors to create delicious combinations. Skill Application Practice: Grind, mix, stuff, and package your own sausage. Students will rotate through four engaging stations—grinding, mixing, casing, and packaging—to master each step of the process. During the final hour, you'll apply your skills to create a batch of sausage from scratch, including stuffing and packaging. Bonus topics include smoking options, packaging techniques, and storage tips. Each participant will leave with 2 pounds of freshly made sausage and the confidence to recreate the process at home! Come ready to roll up your sleeves and enjoy a flavorful journey. For ages 18 & up.
