Doggie Run Details
Well-behaved canines may participate with their owners in the 1 mile Doggie Run/Walk. Water bowls and treats for the canines will be provided at the start/finish area. All owners will be required to start with a ?doggy disposal bag? (provided at the start area) and will be required to pick up after their canines. The start/finish area will have disposal containers for the bags.
Dash 5K Registration- $25 thru 12/31; $30 thru 8/31, $35 thru 9/30 and $40 thru 111; Doggie Run Registration - $15 thru 12/31; $20 thru 8/31, $25 thru 9/30 and $30 thru 11/1

Race day you and your dog dress up for the Doggie Fun Run/Walk. Awards will be given on a number of categories.
Capital Sprints does not offer refunds, rollovers, credits or transfers at anytime. All registrations are final.
Race Day Parking
Beach Drive is closed to traffic on weekends south of Joyce Rd & Ross Dr. Stage Rd is closed to traffic on race morning. Morrow Rd will close to traffic at 7:45 on race morning. Please use Colorado Ave (from 16th St) to park at Grove 24/ Tennis Center.
The Dash 5K packet pickup will be available the morning of the race. The Dash 5K is a chip timed event. All participants must pick up their packets and chips prior to the race start between 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m
