About This Activity

There are many Boot Camp style fitness programs out there - but have you ever taken one from an actual drill sergeant?  Drill Sergeant Tripp teaches the Army's state-of-the-art Physical Readiness Program. The program improves muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health while reducing the chance for injury. If you've recently fallen off the fitness wagon, this program is an excellent springboard - regardless of what your fitness goals may be.
