• The GERTI Walk is a short, fun 1/2 to 2 mile walk around Evergreen Community
• Our focus is raising funds for the GERTI education program, a division of Evergreen Living Innovations, Inc.
• GERTI educates Long-Term-Care employees about person-directed care and culture change.
• Person-directed care focuses on choice, dignity, and respect in a home-like environment in contrast to the traditional medical model nursing home.
