Enjoy the beautiful Green Ribbon Trail, a 21-mile trail that follows the Wissahickon Creek from North Wales to the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. Travel through 10 townships on a natural, wooded trail.

Hike or walk the Green Ribbon Trail at the height of the fall color:
The Chllenge Hike invites you to hike 13-miles to the Philadelphia Cricket Club in Flourtown or hike all 21-miles of the Green Ribbon Trail to end at the Philadelphia Canoe Club on the Scuylkill River. A picnic lunch is provided by FIreside Grille at WVWA's headquarters in Ambler.
The Upper Wissahickon Hike gives people the option to walk 5-miles to Penllyn Woods or go 8-miles to end at WVWA's headquarters in Ambler for a picnic lunch.

Event schedule and times
All events begin at the Upper Gwynedd Township Park, located on 1 Parkside Place, North Wales, PA 19454 off of Sumneytown Pike. Registration opens at 7:15 AM.
