Concordia Volleyball Camps
Summer 2010 Costs
Concordia Volleyball Camp is offered at three rates:
A. Resident Camper, all services
B. Board (lunch & dinner), no dorm room
C. Instruction only, no meals or room

1. July 19-21 $320 $280 $250:
Skills Camp (entering grades 6-12)

2. July 26-29 $350 $310 $270:
Setter-Hitter-Libero camp (entering grades 9-12)

Camp Philosophy and Goals
Concordia Volleyball Camps are designed for the athlete who wants to experience outstanding instruction and top-level competition in a positive, supportive environment. Individual improvements are emphasized by focusing on team play, small group and individual competitions. Specific areas of instruction include specialty positions, middle hitting, outside hitting, setting, and defensive specialist.

Accommodations and Meals
Resident Campers will live in one of Concordia’s campus dormitories with supervision provided by their camp coach. Resident and Board Campers will eat on campus at Concordia dining facilities.

Camp Registration
Where: Concordia College Fieldhouse
When: 1-2 pm on the opening day of the camp
Camp Closes: Approximately 1 pm the last day of camp

Camp Overview
Skills Camp
This camp is designed for the player that wants to improve all their skills or get specialized instruction at a particular position. In addition to outstanding instruction, players will compete in 3-on-3, 4-on-4 and 6-on-6 competitions.

Setter-Hitter-Libero Camp
The Setter-Hitter Camp is designed for the player that wants to receive intense instruction in their specialty position. Seven specialty sessions are provided for each position. In addition to the instruction players will participate in 3-on-3, 4-on-4 and 6-on-6 competitions.

What To Bring
Pillow, pillow case, sheet, blanket, fan, swimsuit, plenty of gym clothes, shoes, soap, shampoo, and other toiletries.We provide a room, bed, and bathroom.

Food
Resident campers will get three meals each day beginning with dinner on the first day of camp and ending with breakfast on the last day. Campers choosing the board plan will receive lunch and dinner when camp is in session. Pizzas can also be delivered to the dorms.

What You Can Expect
The Concordia Volleyball Camp Staff will provide you with quality instruction in a positive, enthusiastic environment.You will learn a lot about volleyball, meet new people and have loads of fun.We’re looking forward to seeing you at camp. Parents and friends are welcome to watch the camp activities at any time.
