This beginner friendly training program will cover all the basics of triathlon, including what to wear, how to set up your transition area, and coaching on developing good swim, bike and run skills and endurance. The program is suitable for all levels, so if you're a first timer, don't be shy! Come on out and train with Flower Power Sports. We will provide coaching in this session for those wanting to do either a Sprint or Olympic distance triathlon.
Our target race for this program is the Mermaid Triathlon in Capitola on October 6th. An alternative race for those with schedule conflicts is the Santa Cruz Triathlon (olympic distance) on September 29th.
