Summer Beginner Swim Team

About This Activity

The Rec. Sports Summer swim team is a beginner level experience combining work-outs with technique work in the four competitive strokes (fly, back, breast & free).  The program is designed to promote fitness and to possibly transition to a more serious swim team program. To qualify for the Beginner Swim Team participants must be able to swim 25 yards front crawl/freestyle with out stopping or help.
