Our Gentle Yoga/Stretch and Flex class is designed for seniors and boomers looking to increase flexibility, tone and strengthen the body while practicing relaxing breathing techniques and easy poses. The class includes light weight training, chair workouts, balance and toning exercises as well as some abs and deep stretching. No membership dues or start up fees to join; students simply pay on a month to month basses. No experience needed; all fitness levels welcome.
