What's Included

See the BIG PROJECT Mid-day Programming Below (to extend hours from 11:45 am or create Full Day Option in combination with Morning Classes) Magic: Harry Houdini was a courageous escape artist that stunned audiences from 1900-1926. Learn Houdini’s performance techniques and even some of the secrets behind his magic. You too will amaze your audience with the charm and suspense of old world magic. Music: Songs of the ‘20s can loosely be characterized as happy-go-lucky ditties with catchy melodies. Composers from New York’s Tin Pan Alley wrote songs that were later recorded on a new devise, the phonographic record. We’ll recreate the Tin Pan Alley scene, where you and your fellow composers will write and perform your own song in the 1920’s style.
