Proceeds support the "Pennies for Pigs" Project started by the youth of Macedonia UMC four years ago. By collecting pennies and other contributions, the youth have been able to provide over $11,000 for orphaned children in Rwanda, Kenya and Zimbabwe. Through Pennies for Pigs and ZOE Ministries, the orphans in Africa who receive one of the pigs can raise the pig and sell it or use it as a food source for their family, helping the youth to become self sufficient.
