7 - 10 Years Old: 100 Yard Swim; 5K Bike; 1K Run; 11 - 14 Years Old: 200 Yard Swim; 10K Bike; 2K Run.

Additional Information

Fun and games and free 1/4 mile fun run for participant siblings.

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
