***Format is 5K Run-->30K Bike--> 400m Swim*** Relay Format for Teams (2 or 3 person teams) / Map of routes can be accessed on our website (link below) / Run and Bike portions will take place on pavement / Bike portion entails gradual decline and incline/ Swim portion will take place indoors (temperature controlled pool) / Packet pick-up will take place from 0630-715 / EARLY REGISTRATION ENDS MAY 12TH / LATE REGISTRATION ENDS MAY 15TH / THERE IS NO 'DAY OF' REGISTRATION
