We have separate Kids and Junior triathlons

Starting in 2009 there will be two different youth triathlons: The 'Youth Junior' race (ages 6-9) will be similar to the previous years youth course. The new 'Youth Senior' race (ages 10-15) will have longer distances, yet still much shorter than the adult race. Note: The distances and start times provided on this website are subject to change.

You can look up your child's USAT number at https://www.usatmembership.com/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fmyusat%2fdefault.aspx ABOUT HALE RESERVATION Over 3,400 children from 65 communities in Greater Boston attend Hale’s camp programs during the summer. Almost 50% of the children receive some sort of financial aid. Proceeds from the Triathlon support Hale Reservation’s financial aid program. Donations beyond the registration fee are appreciated.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races.
