Targetraining Sherwood Island Sprint Triathlon

.5 mile Swim, 13 mile Bike, 3.1 mile Run
Sign up for the inaugural Targetraning Sherwood Island Sprint Triathlon! The race will be held at beautiful Sherwood Island State Park in Westport, CT. Sherwood Island is Connecticuts oldest state park and has some of the best beaches on Long Island. The 13 mile bike course will take you on a tour of Westports beachside communities and the 3.1 mile run will be held entirely within the state park. Sherwood Island is a great spot for the whole family, come for the race and then stay all day.
No refunds will be issued.
A portion of race proceeds will go to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center - Pediatrics Dept. We are also pleased to announce that this an official Team in Training Event.
Event schedule and times
Race packet pick-up will take place at TARGETRAINING Westport: 772 Post Rd. East, Westport, CT on Friday, 6/15/12 from 10 AM - 6 PM and Saturday, 6/16/12 from 10 AM - 4 PM.
Transition area opens at 5:15 AM on Sunday, 6/17/12, race starts at 6:30 AM. No race day registration.
