Adults: 1/4 mile Swim, 12 mile Bike, 3 mile Run
All participants must sign a waiver. ANSI or Snell approved helmets are mandatory while on a bike. Straps on helmet must be fastened at all times while on bikes. No bike riding in transition area. No drafting on the bike is allowed. Failure to follow the race rules will result in disqualification. Riders must obey all traffic laws. Caution: traffic will be monitored at intersection, but course is not closed to vehicles. Stay on the right side as much as possible.
Kids: 50 yard Swim, 1/2 mile Bike, 300 yard Run Age Brackets: 4-6yr, 7-10yr, 11-13yr Kids Entry Fee: $15
