7:00-8:30 on race morning NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION Race Field Limited to 400 Athletes

USAT License Information

You must either supply a valid USAT Annual License number and expiration date. with this entry or pay an additional $10.00 for a One Day License on this application. Individuals add $10 for one day licence. Any incomplete application will not be accepted.

Distances

Swim: 1/2 mile, Bike: 14 miles, Run: 3 miles

Swim

There will be multiple swim waves, three minutes apart. The swim will have an in-water start and travel counter-clockwise around orange buoys. The typical water temperature in Everett Lake is 65-69 degrees and wetsuits are allowed. After the swim, you will have a carpeted 600 foot run from the beach area to Transition

Bike

The 14 mile bike course runs clockwise through the back roads of Dunbarton, Goffstown, and Weare.

Run

The 3 mile run is a scenic out-and-back course in the park.
